A growing community of rural women and men learning to navigate the rock and the hard place
We're so glad to see you here.
Life is full of uncertainty and unpredictability, and at the moment things can feel pretty out of control. This is a space where you can access resources and tools to help you build psychological flexibility.
What is psychological flexibility?
Psychological Flexibility is a set of skills that help us to unhook from the tricky stuff that shows up in our minds, and choose to move towards what really matters to us, even during tough times.
Through ACT for Ag, you will be informed, reminded and connected. To learn and practice navigating the rock and the hard place, and learn to thrive even in adversity.
Rural life is definitely full of challenges, and rural women are often navigating the journey on their own. Register your interest to join with other rural women as we learn skills in a small, supportive and powerful group. To be able to navigate the rock and the hard place, and do what really matters to you
